Promoted and managed successful consulting firms like "The Management Group" and "Gilbert Tweed Management Group (P) Ltd.". Has hands-on training experience in change management and managerial competencies.

Ramesh Anand - An MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. Taught in XLRI in the areas of Marketing and Organizational Behavior. Was group leader of Management Consultancy Division of TCS managing change assignments in India and abroad. Was HR Head for EIH Ltd.(Oberoi Hotels), Wockhardt Ltd. and the Samtel Group. A certified trainer on Situational Leadership with Blanchard Institute and for Teleometrics International, USA and has trained over 10000 executives.

Jagdish Anand - M.S. Computer Science from US Naval PG School and M Tech. (EE) from IIT, Kanpur. An experienced technocrat & Consultant who has been an Associate Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd., on internationally funded institutional strengthening and capacity building assignments. Experienced in Organizational Change, IT Strategy, Management of Info Systems, Management of R & D etc. Member of Computer Society of India, Fellow of Electronics and Telecom Engg.

M.K. Chandrashekharan - A Master’s in Operations Research from the University of Delhi and DIIT in Numerical Analysis & Automatic Computing from IIT Delhi, he has over 3 decades of experience in the field of Information Technology, ranging from Software Engineering, Software Development, Project Management & Quality Assurance to IT Education & Training. Has worked for several companies such as Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers, Mumbai, CMC Limited, Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, Samtel Group, etc. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Member of the Information Systems Audit & Control Association, US.

Solil Chatterjee - Mechanical Engineer from Cambridge Univ (UK) & Diploma in Mgmt from Manchester (UK). Worked with ICI for 12 years (incl. 2 years in the UK). Started new ventures in packaging and electric motors and managed these for 22 years. Experienced in management, industrial marketing, business strategy & human resources. Keen interest in the stock market.

Himmat Singh - Himmat came into computing in 1990 as a print-graphic designer specializing in instructional publications. In 1994 he ventured into digital media and became one of India’s most popular digital video resource persons. From 1998 Himmat has been deeply involved with web technologies as graphic and information designer. Before joining us Himmat was the creative and instructional design head at UnifiedLearning, a corporate E-Learning portal being developed as an Indo-US joint venture.
